The length of the trace of water will be 84 pi inches.

The distance around one tire rotation, circumference, is equal to pi times the diameter.

In this case, our radius is 14, so the diameter is 28. That makes the circumference 28 pi.

We have 3 full rotations, so multiply 28 by 3 to get 84 pi inches.
