You can compute the surface area S from
S = 2(LW +H(L +W))
Substituting the given information, you have
S = 2((1.5 m)(2 m) +(4 m)(1.5 m +2 m))
= 2(3 m² +(4 m)(3.5 m))
= 2(3 m² +14 m²)
= 34 m²

The surface area of the prism is 34 m².
