She will run 5280 yards and swim 450 feet.
She runs 3 miles; 1 mile = 5280 feet:
3(5280) = 15840 ft
It takes 3 feet to make 1 yard:
15840/3 = 5280 yds
She swims 150 yards; 1 yard = 3 feet:
150(3) = 450 feet.
