Michael is taking a survey of students at his high school to find out how many hours they work per week. He surveys all of the students in his Freshman English class. Is this a good sampling method? A 15 foot flagpole casts an 11 foot shadow. At the exact same time a 28 foot tree casts a shadow. Which proportion would correctly find the length of the tree's shadow?

The Proportion for the 15/11=28/x
let x be the shadow that is cast by the tree.
so x=(11*28)/15
x= 20.533
