The appropriate response is free floating anxiety. This is a sort of nervousness that can't be stuck to a particular issue. Free-floating passes by another name: generalized anxiety disorder, or GAD. Since it isn't a medical term, there is no particular contrast between the two conditions, yet when all is said in done, the vast majority allude to free-drifting uneasiness as nervousness that tends to travel every which way at irregular.
