B. I will prepare the fruit and put it in containers, so it is easy to access, any time of the day
C. I will set a reminder on my phone, to remind me to eat my fruit.
Write the time frame.
I would like to try this for 2 weeks. It takes 14 days to start a lasting habit, so I believe if I eat fruit for 2 weeks straight, I will always remember to eat fruit.
Write about your progress toward your goal.

I can tell my skin is clearer, and I have more energy.
