There are two correct answers: fungi and animals.
Heterotrophic means that they cannot produce its own food. Fungi get their food by absorbing dissolved molecules and they have a possibility to secrete digestive enzymes into their environment. Animals consume organic material for their nutrition.
Both are multicellular.
