Pulmonic stenosis, also known as pulmonary stenosis, is a dynamic or fixed obstruction of flow from the right ventricle of the heart to the pulmonary artery. It is usually first diagnosed in childhood.

Pulmonic stenosis is a dynamic or fixed obstruction of flow from the right ventricle of the heart to the pulmonary artery.
The nurse would most likely say that it is a fixed or dynamic obstruction which means that your child's heart is not getting good blood flow through it artery to the heart.
