Regroup terms: ft(9n+12)+ft(15n-6)
Expand: 9ftn+12ft+15ftn-6ft
Collect like-terms: (9ftn+15 ftn)+(12ft-6ft)

For this case, the first thing we must do is to group similar terms.
We have then:
n (9 + 15) + (12-6)
Rewriting:
24n - 6 ft
Answer:
(9n + 12) ft + (15n -6) ft = 24n - 6 ft
