The length of a rectangle is 4 cm longer than the width, The perimeter is 80cm. Find the length and the width.

Answer:

the length is 22 and the width is 18

Explanation:

The perimeter is 2(l) + w(2)

w is the width and l is the length

if you plug in 22 and 18 you get

2(22)+(2)18

then you do multiplication to get

44+36

then you add and you get 80
