B) 14 members. The rate of change is 2. To find the rate of change you should try y over x. So, Total over Weeks. Example: 10/5, simplified is 2. You can also find y, by doing x times rate of change. Therefore, 7 times 2, equals 14 members.

The answer is 14 Because for each week it goes up by 2. For example: 4/2 equals 2. 6/2 equals 2. For for every week you would divide by 2 since they all increase by two and that would be your answer.
