Since the integral of (e^ax)dx = (1/a)(e^ax) + C, then in this case, we can let a = 3, and follow the formula to integrate this.
integral of (e^3x)dx = (1/3)(e^3x) + C, where C is an arbitrary constant.
This is choice D.
