the answer is c,calculate the total of drinks and muffins then add tips,then subtract this total from30
1.99 × 4= 7.96
1.20 × 4= 4.80
7.96 + 4.80 + 2.30 = 15.06

24.51 just add all the prices together and subtract from 30! i hope this helps
