This lady experiences the delusion of reference. For example, persons with this delusion might believe that things which they see around are sending a message meant specifically for them.

Delusion of reference is a strong belief in something not true and impossible, despite of living in reality.

A person who has this disorder will believe that something denotes back to him or her contrary to the experiences of reality.

The person would be experiencing a delusion of reference. Someone experiencing this may think insignificant events have deeper meaning to them specifically referring to them. Aside from the example, one could also be hearing a random song on the radio and feel like the song is pertaining to them. There is a somewhat personal significance to the events, even if it has nothing to do with them.
