I believe you may be looking for "loses water" and "shrinking of cell".
Hypertonic solution means that the solution has a lower water potential than the cell's cytoplasm. Because of this difference, the water in the cell will flow away and into the solution, due to the nature of osmosis, where water molecules will flow from a region of higher water potential to a region of lower water potential, through a partially permeable membrane, which is the cell membrane in here. Therefore, the answer for the first blank should be "loses water".
And because the cell loses water, the content in the cytoplasm becomes less, this will result in shrinking of cell as there's nothing much to hold for the cell membrane. This is for the second blank.
In addition, plant cells (only) may cause plasmolysis, rather than just shrinking, as the cell membrane may detach from the cell wall.
