The renal-adjusting hormone is that can not be stored in the cell where it is synthesized is the Aldosterone hormone. The hormone is released from the adrenal gland and mainly acts in the functional unit of kidneys to aid in the conservation of sodium ions, secretion of potassium ions, water retention and to stabilize blood pressure.
