What is the speed of a bobsled whose distance-time graph indicates that it traveled 120m in 25s?

Speed can be calculated by knowing the distance traveled and time taken. Distance is a scalar quantity, only magnitude is considered. vector quantities are when both magnitude and direction is considered.
Distance and therefore speed too are scalar quantities.
Speed = Distance traveled / time taken
Speed = 120 m / 25s = 4.8 m/s
