Hey!
First find probability of rolling even number. There are 6 numbers in total, and 3 are even: 2, 4, and 6. So the probability of rolling an even number is:

P(even) = (3)/(6) = (1)/(2)

Next, find the probability of drawing a black chip. There 3 chips in total and 1 is black, so the probability is:

P(black) = (1)/(3)

Now, multiply the two previous answers:

P(even, black) = (1)/(2) * (1)/(3) = (1)/(6)

Finally the answer is:

P(even, black) = (1)/(6)

Hope This Helped!
Cheers,
