For this you need to distribute the negative signs and combine like terms
8x+5y+(-1)(2z-3y)
=8x+5y+2x+3yCombine Like Terms:=8x+5y+2x+3y=(8x+2x)+(5y+3y)
So then your answer would come to 6x+8y
