You need to multiply each term in the left bracket by each term by the right bracket and sum them.
*Image attached*
First multiply
x^2 by the whole second bracket
(-2x^2+4x-1):

x^2*(-2x^2+4x-1)=-2x^4+4x^3-x^2 and call this equation (1)
Then, similarly;

(-2x)*(-2x^2+4x-1)=4x^3-8x^2+2x equation (2)
Finally;

3*(-2x^2+4x-1)=-6x^2+12x-3 equation (3)
Then add the results of equation (1) and(2) and(3):

-2x^4+4x^3-x^2+4x^3-8x^2+2x-6x^2+12x-3=

-2x^4+8x^3-15x^2+14x-3
Hope this helps.
