81 is your answer

9 times itself twice equals 81 so 81 becomes a factor here

Any number with a 0 as its exponent will leave you with 1 if the base is negative it will always turn out to be 1

so 81 divided by 1 = 81

the correct question is
What is the value of the expression? 9^2÷(-3)^0

we know that
9^2------> 81
and
(-3)^0-----> 1
so

9^2÷(-3)^0=81

the answer is
81
