Answer: 21 % teachers are there who teach Maths but not English.

Explanation:

Since, According to the given table, total number of student who teach maths but not english = 22

And, total number of teachers = 104

Therefore, joint relative frequency for teachers who teach maths and not english = (total number of student who teach maths but not english/ total number of teachers) × 100

=
(22)/(104) * 100

=
(2200)/(104)

=21.1538461538 %

≈ 21 %
