Hello!
You use the expression 2(l + w) and put in the values you know
length is 2/5
width is 1/5
You put this into the equation
2(2/5 + 1/5)
Do what is in parenthesis first
2(3/5)
multiply
2 * 3/5 = 6/5 = 1.2
The perimeter is 1.2 units
Hope this helps!
