This is false

Alfred Eisenstaedt was a journalist, not a government employee that relocated people forcefully. He got worldwide fame when he made the famous picture V-J Day in Times Square which showed an American marine kissing a nurse in times square. The picture was popularly named the kiss because of that. He made numerous other photos of that event.
