Mary baked 21 cookies on Saturday and twice that many on Sunday for a school fundraiser. 4 cookies fell on the ground and had to be thrown out. If she packaged 3 cookies to a bag, how many cookies were left over? I don't know what to do?

35.

She baked 21, Sunday she baked twice as many so 21x2 = 42
then, 4 cookies fell. 42 - 4 = 38. After that she packaged 3 cookies, 38 - 3 = 35.
