The answer would be: primary

In this case, Sam becomes a little better after 6 days and he has antibody detected in his blood. In nonspecific response, only native immune system like neutrophils will be included.
Antibody comes from cell B which is one of the adaptive immune systems. If this is the secondary response, the antibody should be produced faster.
