Set the f(x) equation equal to 5 so that f(x) = -2x +25 = 5, then subtract 25 from both sides so that -2x = -20 then divide by 2 and solve for x which should give you 10

5 = -2x + 25
-20 = -2x
20 = 2x
x = 10

The answer is 10
