The relationship between frequency and wavelength for an electromagnetic wave is

c=f \lambda
where f is the frequency,
\lambda the wavelength and
c=3 \cdot 10^8 m/s is the speed of light.

In our problem, the frequency of the wave is
f=101.7 MHz = 101.7 \cdot 10^6 Hz = 1.017 \cdot 10^8 Hz, so the wavelength of the wave is

\lambda = (c)/(f)= (3 \cdot 10^8 m/s)/(1.017 \cdot 10^8 Hz)=2.95 m
