What should a speaker do if the target audience members are very much opposed to the speaker's speech goal?

In such a situation, the speaker should just expect that the outlook of the target interest group individuals will shift a little bit in his or her direction.

Audience analysis is important and it includes recognizing the gathering of people and adjusting a discourse to their interests, level of comprehension, dispositions, and convictions.
