Find the indicated part for the similar triangles.

AB= 12 cm
BC= 30 cm
DE= 21.5 cm
Find EF?

The ratio between the triangles is 21.5 : 30 which is 43 : 60

We can use this proportion to find EF:

12 : x = 60 : 43

x = 43/5
