Hi there!
5 + 9t + 3 is the expression we have right now.
Simplified it would be 8 + 9t.
Because 5 + 3 = 8, so plus 9t, would be your answer.
So your answer would be 9t + 8.

All you have to do is combine like terms. (simplify)
5 + 9t + 3
9t + 8 <------------Answer (Simplified)
