`(3)/(1) *(4)/(7) = (4*3)/(7*1) =(12)/(7)`

2)
`3(2)/(3) *2(2)/(3) =(11)/(3) *(8)/(3) =(8*11)/(3*3) =(88)/(9) =1(7)/(9)`

3) First friend is wrong b/c they multiplied both numerator and denominator by 3. The second friend is wrong because they didn't multiply in mixed fraction.
