i only know one sorry The Legislative Branch is the only which can create laws or change existing laws. However, the Constitution gives this branch other sorts of power including the power to declare war, among others such as the power to tax, borrow money, to regulate commerce with foreign nations and among states, to establish a post office, to raise and maintain an army and navy, and to to establish rules for the naturalization of foreigners seeking citizenship.

A simple majority of the justices rule on each case.

Justices hear the argument of the case, then, they gather to discuss it. Each justice counts on one vote to each case. When at least five justices uphold one decision, that one becomes the “opinión” of the Court which represents the final precedent. The justice who has been in office for longer will write down the opinion of the Court. If the Chief Justice is among those five justices, he must write the opinion down.
