10x + 2y = -22y = -10x - 2y = -5x - 1.....slope is -5 and a parallel line will have the same slope(0,12)...x = 0 and y = 12now we sub12 = -5(0) + b12 = b
so your parallel line is : y = -5x + 12 ;) :)
