Many offices primarily enter prescriptions electronically.

Above is the truth concerning doctor prescription pads because these are for our convenience so that, it should not be devised in the examination rooms. These are used in many more ways by the doctor within the healthcare center. It is required that it to be kept in a secured place as when not being used otherwise, it could be misused by other individuals.

The answer is D: Many offices primarily enter prescriptions electronically.
Due to increase percentage of drug abuse and forged prescriptions, health offices opted for a more secure and less hassle way of prescribing medications. One of which is using electronic prescription where the doctor sends directly the complete order to the pharmaceutical company where the patient can pick up the medications. The ways of protecting prescription pads should also be done for offices that do not have electronic prescription such as keeping prescription pads in the locked cabinet and not leaving it unattended inside the examination room.
