P1=(0,233)=(x1,y1)→x1=0, y1=233
P2=(10,246)=(x2,y2)→x2=10, y2=246
Slope: m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
m=(246-233)/(10-0)
m=13/10
Point-slope equation:
y-y1=m(x-x1)
y-233=(13/10)(x-0)
y-233=(13/10)x
y=(13/10)x+233
Answer: The equation is y=(13/10)x+233
