30 animals are left

25% of 200 = 50 cats

3/5 of 200 = 120 dogs

120+50 = 170

200-170=30

$200 * (3)/(5) \\ = 120(dogs)$

$200 * 25\% \\ = 50(cats)$

200 - 120 - 50 = 30

Answer: 30 pets are left.
