B) HDL
There are two main types of cholesterol: HDL (high-density lipoproteins) and LDL (low-density lipoproteins). HDL is considered the "good" cholestrol because it helps carry cholesterol to your liver to be broken down, removing it from your bloodstream. LDL is the type you have to watch out for because it can build up in arteries and cut off blood flow to important parts of your body.
