The length of a segment, given the extremities, is:
√[(x₂ - x₁)² + (y₂ - y₁)²]

Therefore:

RS = √[(3-1)² + (1-3)²] = √(4+4) = √8

RT = √[(5-1)² + (2-3)²] = √(16+1) = √17

ST = √[(5-3)² + (2-1)²] = √(4+1) = √5
