Not 100 % but hope this helps:
The area of a circle is A=pi r^2
circumference of a circle is C= 2 pi r
so if we solve for radius we will come up with the equation
A = C ^2 / 4 pi
A = 11pi ^2 / 4pi
Not sure if you need to solve further or not
