The true answer is that the surface area is 912 square centimeters, and the volume is 1872 cm cubed

AL=2(L×h) 624 cm²
2(L×13)=624
L=624/26
Thus
L=24 cm
Since the prism is regular, the bases are squares, W=H=13 cm
thus:
SA=2(L×W)+AL
SA=2(24×13)+624
SA=624+624
SA=1248 cm²
Volume=length*width*height
Volume=24×13×13
Volume=4056 cm³
