the equation to find the volume of a prism is volume=basexheight
*convert the lengths into decimals
first, you have to find the base (area=lengthxwidth)
a=1.25x4
a=5
now fill in the volume equation with the information you have.
v=5x3.25
v=16.25
the volume of the rectangular prism is 16.25 cm or 16 1/4 cm.
Hope I helped...
