Answer:

y=f(x-4)+4

Explanation:

This is a square root function, hence why it looks like half of a parabola that's horizontal

I suppose the red dotted line is a transformation of the original graph,
y=√(x), into
y=√(x-4) +4.

The constant, 4, and -4 inside the radical changes the initial point, (h, k) of the function
