120 ---- 75%
x-----100%
x=120*100/75=160
or par/whole= 0.75
whole=120/0.75=160

Easy. We use PROPORTIONS!!
Now we cross multiply
120*100 = 75*x
Simplify
12000 = 75x
And get our trusty calculator out to solve.
The calculator says the answer is 160.
The restaurant can seat up to 160 people
