Hello!

Explanation:

Slope:
(Y^2-Y^1)/(X^2-X^1)=(rise)/(run)

((-4)-1=-5)/(4-(-6)=4+6=10)=(-5)/(10)=(-5/5)/(10/5)=(1)/(2)

Slope is 1/2

Answer is 1/2

Hope this helps!

Thank you!

Have a great day!

\text {Slope = } (Y_2-Y_1)/(X_2-X_1)

\text {Slope = } (1 - (-4))/(-6-4) = -(5)/(10) = -(1)/(2)
