I believe the answer is: implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose

implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is established when a certain customer choose to rely on the seller's intuition to select the goods that would fit with the request and needs of the customers.
The specification that customers made in order to make the order legally accountable must be put on a written form.
