Sanger sequencing, also known as the chain termination method, is a technique for DNA sequencing based upon selective incorporation of chain terminating dedeoxynucleotides by DNA polymerase during in vitro DNA replication. The reagents required are Primer, PCR product , water, 5x Buffer, BDT v3.1:0.5 ul.
