When two or more factors are multiplied and they have the same sign the product is positive

This statement is true. As positive multiplied by a positive gives a positive, for example 4×5=20. Similarly, a negative multiplied by a negative gives a positive, for example -4×-5=20. However, if an odd number of negatives are being multiplied together, then the product will be negative, for example -4×-5×-1= -20. But it an even number of negatives are being multiplied together, then the answer will be positive.

It depends if it is negative that's being timesed by 2 more negatives because then that would make it negative but if it's positive times a negatives times a negative then it would be positive and no matter what a positive times any positives and no negatives that will be positive. Hope this helped! :)
