THe given expression is

21x^3y^2-3x^2y+75x^4

We have to write it in factored form .

First we check for the GCF . And here the common factor is
= 3x^2

So we take out the factor out of the expression, and on doing so we will get

3x^2 (7xy^2-y+25x^2)

And that's the required factored form .
