Factor 2x^2 out of 36x^4 + 18x^3 + 40x^2

Answer: 2x^2 (18x^2 + 9x + 20)

The given expression is
36x^4+18x^3+40x^2

And we have to write it in the factored form .

First we have to find the GCF, and the GCF is
2x^2 .

Now we take out the GCF from each term, that is


2x^2 (18x^2 +9x+20)

And that's the required factored form .
